This mod
1) Make all helmets invisible for all classes except barbarian - for him every helmet act as beard
2) Small armor changes, Barb will always have combination of his kilt and edited medium pants + small edits to make even his
heavy armor looks more barbaric
3) Added 4sec silent for every hit sound, so on higher difficulties (or with /players 8) he will not screaming constantly in battle
INSTALL METHOD:
it's not required unpacking whole game, but you need to manually move your save files into new modded save folder:
1) Locate D2R install folder and create new folder named "MODS"
2) Inside create table named for example "dj_allinone"
3) Inside create table named like in previous paragraph with ".MPQ" in the end, like this
4) Inside you need to create file name modinfo.json and put this inside:

5) Put mod data folder (that you download from that page) near this modinfo.json file
6) Add launch option "-mod dj_allinone -txt"
7) Move your save files from
"C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\Saved Games\Diablo II Resurrected"
to
"C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\Saved Games\Diablo II Resurrected\mods\dj_allinone"
!WARNING! I don't know if Blizzard ban for this, i played with this mod in beta and it was fine
