EDIT : Stormbringer is a nice name, sure, but Dreadstorm has more ring to it since this is Vergil we're talking about. He's not the
the one that brings the Storm. He is the Storm that brings Fear.
Ongoing development of Vergil moveset mod, in which I plan to have the existing combos to be expanded upon.
So what I I have in mind is that for the usual DMC4/DMC5 iteration of Mirage Edge Combo A and Combo B, they will be acted on when you press it before the second swing for the first attack, and you will proceed to switch to Yamato attacks and a finisher of the two like how it is in DMC3 and PoC (Legend Seeker Vergil).
Next, Yamato Combo B will be able to be acted as fast as how it was in DMC3, Combo A and Combo C will proceed as usual after you hold out for a few frames.
Beowulf would stay the usual, with Lunar Phane making you hover a bit on the air like the Vergil Unbound mod, alongside being able to execute Rising Sun at anytime so long as you hold the trigger.
I am also currently trying to solve the Boss Walk Vergil mod bug where the Mirage Edge protrudes from his chest should you switch over from either Yamato or Beowulf and onto Mirage Edge.
For now, I am having a problem of any animation I injected onto 3ds Max and onto the motlists using Motlist Tool, to lack their root movement for some reason, so the injected animation plays, but you don't move forward or backward, left or right, you're just... there. So if anyone knows of how to solve this issue, that'd be great, as I am an aspiring DMC5 modder, and I want to realize this mod I had in mind for quite some time now.
