v1.1 = Looked through the files and did some test runs. Fixed most of the bugs reported by FrederykStrife:
First of all, this mod is not made by me. I received permission to upload it on Nexus.
What this mod does
Changes the look of Cerberus in its entirety. The weapons are retextured (both staff and chucks), and all the effects are recoloured:
Lightning: most are a mix of red/white/hot pink
Fire: mix of hot pink/white/blue
Ice: mix of hot pink/white

Installation
1. Download mod
2. Drop it into Fluffymanager's mod folder
3. Install using Fluffymanager
4. Enjoy

v1.1 = Looked through the files and did some test runs. Fixed most of the bugs reported by FrederykStrife:
- Majority of missing effects are restored (muzzle flash, STD transformation + explosion, Trickster stuff)
- Removed non-Cerberus effect changes (except for Air Hike glyph, cuz I think it looks neat). Summoned swords, Balrog's fire, Dante's charge effects, Kalina rockets, etc are restored to vanilla, and should be usable with other efx mods that change those things
- Most Cerberus fire effects are back (except for the initial figure 8 animation of Hot Stuff, trace effect is there, but fire during the beginning is still invisible). Some of the fire is in the vanilla colour however (game got stuck in loading whenever I tried messing with a few of them)
- Thunderclap still has some invisible effects
- I put duct tape on the mod pic
