Inspired by natural things like cherry blossom petals or fall leaves, i replaced all of Neros EX flame effects with coloured feathers

Inspired by natural things like cherry blossom petals or fall leaves, i replaced all of Neros EX flame effects with coloured feathers,
The full version files have a few altered effects outside the blades such as, Overture Battery colour, DT activation, some feathers spawn when using GP01, and reduces and/or removes some of the bright flashes and more obscuring graphical effects from Nero attacks being used at a high APM.
This mod is incomplete (about 85% of what i wanted to accomplish) and there may be minor discrepancies or small errors between the different colours or mods.
It is however in a completely releasable state and looks fantastic, I don't want to continue to keep it to myself just because I'm too lazy to finish it in the foreseeable future.
Unzip the mod and install with fluffy
