Lightning effects for the Alastor sword!

Affects DSD, Rebellion and some gun effects.

And please read description down below.

Permissions and credits
OK so the effects are fine but affects other stuff but I don't have any solutions to all of this problem because of my limited knowledge maybe in the future I might comeback some stuff but here are all the problems:

- DT Stinger: it affects only the cavaliere stinger.

- Shotgun stinger: the dash and the impact are affected.

Well that's all for that now.
