I've just started my playthrough. No focus on polish for things like loading screens etc, it just scales everything, except for target markers. If I find any other things that break, I might fix those if it annoys me.
Now scales things depending on their position (i.e. orbs are offset from the right border instead of left border), although very manually, so I might have missed something. Tell me if you can't see an element because it's offscreen!
