UPDATE 2.0: Added announcer voice lines for switching Nero's Devil Breakers:
Tomboy - FRENZY
Gerbera - HOVER
Buster Arm - QUAKE
Punchline - ROCKET
Overture - LIGHTNING
Mega Buster - LASER
Rawhide - SPIKES
Ragtime - ASTEROID
Helter Skelter - DRILL
Devil Breaker - UNLIMITED COLORS
Pasta Breaker - "LUNCH" (Little callback to this great Sonic commercial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CGpfFrBufSA&ab_channel=gyronemo)
UPDATE 1.5: Added a lowered volume version so it's not ear piercing anymore. The loud version is still available in case you preferred it though.
Replaces the default announcer with the overexcited announcer from Sonic Colors.
Only D and C have phrases that match up with the letter, I wanted to keep the original sequence from the game (GOOD, GREAT, AWESOME, OUTSTANDING, AMAZING).
D - DON'T GIVE UP
C - CHARGED / CUBE
B - GOOD
A - GREAT
S - AWESOME
SS - OUTSTANDING
SSS - AMAZING
