   This is cool but why does it not appear in my mod list?
   I managed to install it by unpacking the mod, and then repacking it as a .rar file
   I tried it, but still as it is, I still can't see the model effect.

      i managed to install it by unpacking the mod, and then repacking it as a .rar file, though i have a bug where there are small shadows all over the hood
