This is the area which you see during the prologue cutscene. Since you don't see this area anywhere else in the game, I brought it over to Bloody Palace.
I also stretched out the street because it was quite small and weird for BP.
IMPORTANT: Make sure you have the latest 4hook installed, then go to Debug tab and tick on "Disable Room Triggers".
