Simple ReShade presets prepared specifically for Deus Ex: Mankind Divided. One version adds simple GI (Global Illumination) to the game.
I have to admit that it's already covered in dust a bit, since I finished the game quite a long time ago. But it's updated for the latest ReShade 6.1.0.

Installation:

  • Download my mod archive. Unpack it. Inside there are three folders - "reshade-Rudy102-presets", where you will find two main presets (I didn't want to clutter the game's main directory), "reshade-Rudy102-initializing preset" with preset called: "Rudy102_DX_MK_SHADERS_NOT_FOR_GAMEPLAY.ini" is only used to install all the necessary shaders, do not use it in the game, and - "!_ReShade_Screenshots", where your screenshots will be saved.
Plus a file - "ReShade.ini", with all the settings and defined paths. If you don't have ReShade installed then you need to copy these files to the main folder of the game (where DXMD.exe is located) before installing ReShade.
  • Next install ReShade. From the list of applications select "Deus Ex: Mankind Divided (DXMD.exe)", then the "DirectX 10/11/12" ReShade version and the default preset - "Rudy102_DX_MK_SHADERS_NOT_FOR_GAMEPLAY.ini", which the installer should indicate, if the ReShade installer doesn't find it, you have to manually select it, this will install all the necessary shaders and textures.
    That's all.

In the settings section of the ReShade GUI, you can change the start-up preset, or leave this field blank, in this case the one you used last time will be loaded by default.

The presets are actually the same, the one named "Rudy102_DX_MK_GI.ini" uses RadiantGI, what this shader does can be easily seen with the - / (division) key, on the numeric keypad. This preset is, of course, more demanding, and this GI doesn't always work perfectly, because some objects in the game are not visible in the depth buffer and it also takes into account all the special effects that you see on the screen. Keep this in mind.

Two shaders, CinematicDOF and ADOF are disabled by default, but they are pre-configured. Can be useful for taking screenshots.
Shader Border is also enabled by default, I have a weakness for it ;), if it annoys you, just unclick it in the ReShade GUI.

Default keys:

  • Home - ReShade GUI
  • End - Effect Toggle Key
  • Page Down - Previous Preset
  • Page Up - Next Preset
  • PrtScn - Screenshot Key
