Allows you to use your scroll wheel to zoom in and out with the normal right-mouse button on PC.

Wheel Zoom (PC)
Adds mouse wheel control over zoom FOV when holding right click and adjusts mouse sensitivity scale value to reduce sensitivity dynamically when zooming in. The use of the term "PC" above doesn't imply a VR version, but instead implies it's uselessness on VR as it's basically a different mechanism and a zoom based VR mod exists here and here.
