Adds a VR compatible 0-8-0 steam locomotive to the game, based on the Hungarian MÁV class 475 series tank locomotive. It will spawn naturally at Steel Mill, Harbor, Machine Factory, Coal Mine, Iron Mine East, and Iron Mine West, and can also be spawned using the comms radio.
Don't expect too much from this loco. It has a top speed of 36 kph and tractive effort of ~63 kN. The safety valve pops around 12 bar.
