Fixes car lighting at night, particularly for the DE2.
The vanilla DE2 is set up to reflect the default (daytime) sky box, causing unexpectedly bright lighting on the locomotive exterior when using mods that add a day/night cycle. This mod disables those reflections.
DO NOT REPORT BUGS TO THE DEVELOPERS IF YOU ARE RUNNING ANY MODS.
