Initial upload
This is a 80100 Scale Test Car used by MOW personnel to calibrate the scales used to weight freight cars, I mostly made it because I wanted to bring something unique and simple that uses a single bogie into the game.
Known Bugs: Unlike an actual scale test car, this one DOES have air brakes, I tried removing them and it didn't seem to work.
