You must copy the contents of the .zip file into your SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Derail Valley\DerailValley_Data\StreamingAssets\music folder and overwrite the radio.pls file, I would advise making a back up first.
Note: these are all tested and working and are sourced from a UK based source and may not work in your locations (unless you have a VPN)
