Removes gray outlines introduced when playing at higher resolutions.

Some textures in the game have a gray background around menu items, and when rendering at a higher resolution on RPCS3 these gray backgrounds can show up as a 1 pixel wide outline. This mod removes the gray backgrounds from these textures.
Install:
Just drag/drop the menu and other folders into Demon's Souls USRDIR folder.
If Demon's Souls has previously been ran on RPCS3, you must delete the contents of RPCS3/dev_hdd1/cache/
