To install (Simple):
Unpack the USRDIR folder to [game_directory]\PS3_GAME\, overwriting the existing files
To install (keeping other mods, such as Gray Outline Removal)
Use Horkrux's DeSBNDBuild to extract [game_directory]\PS3_GAME\USRDIR\menu\menu.tpf.dcx
Place icon10.dds in the resulting .\menu.tpf.extract\
