Installation
Download the installer. Input the path to the game's script directory and click apply patches.

- You will spawn with a Storm Ruler if you don't already have one.
- Double-tap the interact button to toggle between the special attack mode and
regular attack mode. You will have to toggle the special attack mode off
to use regular weapons. - If you drop your Storm Ruler and double-tap the interact button, you will be granted a new Storm Ruler.
- If you interact with the broken Archstone in the Nexus, you will receive
a dozen Ed's Grindstones (there is no prompt, just press the button in front
of it). You will need plenty of Ed's Grindstones, as the Storm Ruler
has very low durability. The durability of the Storm Ruler can be
increased, but I haven't included the file to do so in this mod as it
interferes with many other mods. This can be done manually, however,
using Wulf's DeS-ParamEdit, id 21100. - The Storm Ruler is slow, difficult to aim, consumes way too much stamina, breaks constantly, and frequently misses what appear to be direct hits. Still pretty OP though.
