About this mod
Removes the 10% chance the Primeval Demon doesn't drop the Colorless Demon's Soul, lets you open the door to the Pantheon while offline, and adds the Monk's Head Wrappings as a guaranteed drop from the Old Monk Archstone. You can install each change individually.

Description
The Primeval Demon normally has a 10% chance to not drop the Colorless Demon's Soul, that small chance has now been removed so there's no incentive to quit out in the rare case it doesn't drop.
The door to the Pantheon can now be properly opened offline. After defeating the Phalanx and unlocking the stairs, you can interact with the door and open it just like you could if you were online, it just skips checking for the Pantheon data when offline. Obviously there's not much to the Pantheon while offline, but you gain access to the Stone of Ephemeral Eyes up there.
The Monk's Head Wrappings has been added to the Old Monk's Archstone along with the normal Yellow Demon's Soul drop, so that it can still be obtained offline in an non-intrusive way.
Update 09/14/2024
Added additional files to include the Pure Bladestone drop rate change from the PS5 remake, going from about a 0.1% chance to a 5% chance, and on PBWT ~0.8% to 6.5% chance. Thanks to KingBoreHaha's datamining and comparison of the itemlotparam file in the PS5 remake, I was able to match the changes exactly.

Apparently I had mixed up the Pure Bladestone and Primeval + Old Monk + Pure Bladestone files, they've now been put into the correct folders in v1.02, no need to redownload the mod as all the files were there but just in the wrong folders. I'm so sorry about this mix up, I've double-checked every file and they should all be correct, I hope I addressed this before too many people killed the Old Monk.

Added optional files to make the Pantheon Door change compatible with the Tell All NPC and Return to the Tutorial mods.
Installation
Drop the "script" folder from Pantheon Door, and the "param" folder from one of the options, into the USRDIR folder of the game and overwrite all files.
Since both the Primeval Demon and Monk's Head Wrappings changes affect the same file, I've included some variants so you can pick which one you'd like to use:
Primeval = Primeval Demon's Colorless Demon's Soul drop rate change only
Old Monk = Monk's Head Wrappings added to the Old Monk Archstone only
Primeval + Old Monk = Both of the above combined
Additional options to include the PS5 remake's Pure Bladestone drop rate change:
Pure Bladestone = Pure Bladestone drop rate change only
Primeval + Old Monk + Pure Bladestone = Both of the above combined, plus the Pure Bladestone drop rate change
Compatibility
Obviously incompatible with other mods that change the same files, especially mods that change gameparams.
The Pantheon Door should be compatible with anything that doesn't change the Nexus, it should also be compatible with online play since the new code shouldn't run at all when online.
The file "Small Tweaks - Optional Compatibility Files" contains files to provide compatibility with a few mods and the Pantheon Door. You must first install the mod you want to use with the Pantheon Door, then place the appropriate compatibility file in the "script" folder and overwrite the files.
