   Yall need to edit the install.bat (with notepad or something) and replace "decima.bat" with "decima-cli.exe." Either the modder goofed, or Decima Workshop got rid of the bat file in favor of the exe when it updated at some point.

   think you could make a mod for more ammunition on higgs rifle or that it uses the quantity of the amount of chiral crystals you have?
