Sam No Beard removes Sam's hair and beard to make him appear younger. Three textures remain; the one with Sam's bloody face is finalized, while the rest are completed. This was implemented in the director's cut version and has not been tested on the standard version. Please inquire in the comments if you're interested in the standard version, and I might prepare it. A version that combines with the Long Hair Mod is currently in development.
1. Copy the 2 files below as a backup into the folder of your choice, for example, "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\DEATH STRANDING DIRECTORS CUT\data\backup".
5.Open "DecimaExplorer.exe" and select the "Sam-No-Beard" mod folder. Be careful not to enter the folder just select it or it will not work the path will not be valid.
6. Select "prefetch/fullgame.prefetch.core" and click on "PACK" and select the file "59b95a781c9170b0d13773766e27ad90.bin" from the "data" folder in the game directory
7. Select "all the other files at the same time using the "shift" key" and click on "PACK" and select the file "7017f9bb9d52fc1c4433599203cc51b1.bin" from the "data" folder in the game director directory
