Simply unzip the file to this location
\steamapps\common\Dealer Simulator\Dealer Simulator_Data\Data\SavedGame
Then in game click load game and pick the save called "New Start"
The save file name in-game will be automatically changed by the game and any future saves will be e.g. "Save05.sav" (in the save location)
