This workaround fixes the annoying audio stutter of kinesis doors in the PC version of Dead Space 3.

I basically just silenced that one bugging sound file. Doors still make sound when opened/closed. You won't notice any missing audio unless
maybe in direct comparison to the console version.

Installation:
- Unpack .zip into Dead Space 3 installation folder.
(Usually "C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Dead Space 3\") - Start DS3Patcher.bat
- Follow instructions
