I deserve no credit, I used EAGLECZ's "Steam - SaveFile Collection - Impossible Difficulty - All weapon collectibles" save file to do this, they deserve all the credit.
I got the achievement on the Hard file on September 9, 2023 9:20PM. Load the Hard save file first and then upgrade the suit and Ripper and the achievement should work. I asked a friend to test it out before posting and it worked. If for some reason that doesn't work, load the file below and go to the Shop nearby and buy the suit and upgrade. I'm not good with technology so I made a file that's a little far behind to see if that can work. If that doesn't work then idk and I apologize.
All positive praise belongs to EAGLECZ and all negative praise belongs to me for wasting your time. (I do apologize if this is the case, I'm new to this but that is a horrible excuse)
So yeah, I tried getting this achievement on a normal NG+ playthrough and was close but I had issues and my save files were gone. Annoyed, I used EAGLECZ's files to "work" on it so that. I then noticed there was no public save file for this achievement (to my knowledge) so I decided to upload one and help those that wants it so that no one else would go through the same frustration as I did.
