DESCRIPTION
The weapons themselves are present within the game's data and all it took was some editing of the codes to make them usable.
"SGBall Launcher": Modified to be usable, storable in Frank's inventory, has Rocket Launcher icon, and projectiles launched disappear after a few seconds (trust me, you don't want balls cluttering the map). Flashbang (or flash grenade): Behave as how they would in Case West, but not too useful in OTR.
The two weapons can be found within the Safehouse, Room 11.
As always, download with your favorite mod organizer manually, install and enjoy.
