Adds a weapon room, and unlockable clothes in the safehouse.

Put datafile.big in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Dead Rising 2\data
Unlockable clothes will be found in the safehouse cafe. The weapons room is in storage room 11 in the safehouse.
Shortcut teleports are in the breach door.
Slicycles spawn in Royal Flush Cafe, Royal Flush Entrance, and Palisades Entrance

Fixed some zombie spawn issues
Put the doors back in the Safehouse entrance in Royal Flush

Removed weapons that couldn't be grabbed off the wall
