Made with the goal of fixing some small oversights and merging the various eras of our beloved photojournalist together, Frank now looks a lot closer to not only his concept render, but also his actual age (36).
Improvements include:
Remixed face/jacket texture using various official textures from sources like Las Vegas 2006, Retail, and the DR2 partial build
Touched-up shoes/hair
Separated .arcs for mixing and matching between other mods
Higher-Quality textures for in-game face, as well as pants
