Dead Island has always been my favorite game probably due to the fun I had on it back in 2012 playing with a good friend (we really enjoined the glitches and game play ). I had started modding dead island definitive edition for fun and to get more out of my playthroughs. When I published my first data pack mod to Nexus I was surprised by how many people enjoyed it. After getting many requests for features to add I thought out to design a menu that could let people create the experience they wanted in dead island and with that I'm proud to announce dead island Riptide Ultimate edition.
~~I plan on porting this mod menu to the OG first games as well.

BUGS/notes:
1)--As of now I have been unsuccessful in making the flashlight infinite/have a longer life as well as being able to make the truck headlights work
2)-- I can't seem to figure out how the Data2.pak loads the maps time/weather *_light.scr files. This means I can only make changes that effect all maps/areas and not on a per map basis.

INSTALATION:
1》Extract The executable (.exe) and run it and follow the directions on the screen.
Simple as that. windows might throw a fit about it being an unknown program but the source code was written in AHK and if you wanted to take a look at it the source code is on GitHub: Dead Island Riptide mod menu
2》When it's running it will guide you though setting up the game to be able to mod it and then it's as simple as just checking the boxes next to the mods you want to enable/disable.
