This is a rather simple mod that multiplies all NPC's (and player's) facial expressions. The result while not exactly "lore friendly" or practical is hilarious so I don't care.
Apologies for the poor screenshot quality - Motion blur really went wild.
Comes in three flavors:
Less - Cause only a minor amount of distortion
Medium - More distortion leading to a Gmod / Source Film Maker level of crazy
Extreme - The faces of everyone around you will consume everything around them
