Want more weapons slots in your inventory, increase item stack size or more weapons sold at trades that are legendary.
I will show you how to do just that.
You will need Universal Unreal Engine 4 Unlocker
The 'Tilde' (~) opens the console, double press for full screen.
I have included text files that get placed in DeadIsland2\DeadIsland\Binaries
In the console you would type exec (name of txt).txt to activate the commands.
INVENTORY SIZE
With increasing player inventory size this should always be done on the main menu before loading into the game.
This does not save, if you quit the game you need to reapply each time. all weapons/items will still be in the inventory.
The value can be increased more than 99, anything more than 200 will effect inventory load times.
Input exec inv.txt
TRADERS
How to get legendary weapons and more weapons at traders.
Places all the trader text files in DeadIsland2\DeadIsland\Binaries
For the trader that you want to modify you must be on the same map just go to the safe house
interact with the trader (open the trader) back out so the game saves, now return to the main menu and re-enter the game.
At the screen that says "ENTER GAME" open the console, input exec (TXT NAME).txt
Example: For Rodriguez you would input exec rod.txt
MODIFIABLE VALUE DEFINITIONS or CHEATS
Do not run "CHEAT LIST.txt" through the console this text file is so you can copy values from and place them in CHEATS.txt
I have already put some codes in the cheats file as an example.
After inputting exec cheats.txt you will need to return to the main menu then re-enter the game.
MORE WEAPON MOD AND PERK SLOTS
Added away which adds more mod slots (18) and perk slots (54).
Now all mods and perks can be applied on any weapon & weapon rarity.
input exec modslots.txt and exec modperk.txt.
This does not require returning to the main menu, effects are instant.
Ranged weapons only have increased slots as they are crashing the game when selecting them.
Will see if i can fix it.
