Fixes Dead island Definitive Edition problems and Balance the game leveling system properly.

                                                                                      Brief Explanation


Ok So here is the thing, DIDE is like a beta version of the original dead island, they did not use the updated game as base for the remaster, resulting in stuff like this:

-> Xp does not scale on ng+ anymore
-> some weapons can only appear at a max level of only 24
-> cut weapons having terrible durability
-> Magnums and shotgun are nearly useless



This mod fixes everything above, also fixing the original game problem of after level 50  takes TOO LONG to level up, if you do everything right and do all the quest and clear all the enemies in the areas, you can higher levels in the first play. Level 50 and beyong still good to level up no more svetlana screaming in your ears anymore with champaign duping, you can reach level 60 by just playing the game, takes a bit long of course, but is better than using glitches or cheats.


Version 1.1 changes:

-> Quests will give alot more xp than before (progressive rate, increasing even more at level 35 and 49).

-> enemies give a lot more xp.

-> all weapons drop now scale to your level.

-> Challanges gives more Exp.

game time if you dont farm on arena till level 60: 10 - 20 hours




Version 1.2 changes:

-> Quests will give even more xp at higher levels, Even better progressive Rate 10% every level, its looks too much, but its not, trust me.

-> enemies dont have bonus xp since it was TOO FAST.

-> Challanges bonus got removed same reason as above.

-> Overall loot is better specially level 3 boxes.

Game time if you dont glitch and play doing all the quests till level 60: probaly 30 - 35 hours max




Version 1.3 Weapons Update (based on riptide)

-> overall melee weapons got a durability increase i believe it was +75% ish or something.

-> shotguns revolver and magnum got crit chance and critical damage improvement shotguns are REALLY close to how it was on riptide.

-> Revolver and magnums are now 100% precise even when not aiming down sights

-> magnums because of high damage only appears in late game.



Magnum/Revolver

35% base critical chance. (default 0%)
200% Critical damage increase . (default 0%)
100% less spread. (default was 0%)


Shotguns 


i might reduce later, please test them out and give a feeback i tested on sam B and it was pretty nice

40% base critical chance. (default 0%)
250% Critical damage increase . (default 0%)



Melee


the game uses a lot more parameters to calculate durability i was expecting some of my blunt weapons to double but that did not happen
thats why i dont think it was a increase of 100%


100% increase durability on blunt type.


As for cut durability, some weapons was getting crazy high numbers so i dicided to keep on only on that, which was pretty balanced and 
feels more like riptide.

70% increase durability on Cut type.
