Step 1: Go to C:\Users\<Your username>\AppData\Local\BendGame\Saved\
Inside Saved, create a folder and name it "Paks" without the speech marks, then place the desired fuel mod in there.
Step 2: Go to your game install directory I.e: E:\Games\Days Gone\BendGame\Content
Inside Content, you'll have a bunch of folders. look for the one called sfpaks and add an (s) to it >> (sfpakss).
