- Damage levels closely mirror the real-world muzzle energy and velocity, ensuring an authentic experience across all firearms. For a detailed breakdown of damage and DPS (damage per second), refer to the provided pictures.
- Accuracy has been meticulously reworked for a more enjoyable feel. Note that shotguns may exhibit slight peculiarities due to accuracy being tied to bullet spread.
- Recoil dynamics no longer reset to normal, with both recoil and camera shake tailored to the specific characteristics of each cartridge and firearm weight.
- Reload times vary based on the individual gun, adding an extra layer of realism to the gameplay. You can't reload on the bike anymore.
- Bullet drop is now in effect, influencing weapon ranges based on projectile velocity. While air drag is absent, this addition enhances projectile behavior.
- Cartridges are shared among guns, giving a more strategic approach to ammunition management. For instance, the SIG P226 shares 9mm ammo with the MP5 etc.
- Ejected casings have a more realistic simulation and linger on the ground for an extended period. Exceptions apply to cylinder ejected casings.
- Penetration mechanics remain close to vanilla but are recalibrated for consistency between firearms.
- Back slots are no longer restricted to specific types, allowing interchangeability. This means you can carry two shotguns, though slight clipping may occur due to limitations in slot positioning.
- Ammo reserves have been equalized based on cartridge weight, promoting a more balanced gameplay experience. WARNING: the initial ammo reserve count can only be configured in on a new game.
- Restored firearms such as the Glock41, Snubnose revolver, FN P90 (requires a shop mod), and Leon's SIG (accessible via the debug menu).
- Removed "+" variants, the pre-order crossbow, Stubby, Nock Volley, and MB150, mag upgrades, and some skill points that would conflict with the changes. Tracers and smoke trails from projectiles are also removed for a more realistic experience.
- 1887 Sawed Off, MP5, ScorpionEvo and the FN P90 can be fired while riding.
- Removed the drum magazine from the Benelli Supernova.
- A new reticle offered in 3 different colors.
- In-game stats reflect all modifications accurately. Hovering stats will no longer show except for the menu or locker.
- A bug where the last casing wasn't being ejected has been rectified.
- Firearm sway remains present but is minimized, with sway levels influenced by gun weight.
- Hit markers and distracting headshot sounds have been removed for a more immersive experience.
- Blood splatter changes subtly based on cartridge power.
- Longer decals and a subtle increase in LOD (Level of Detail) distance.
- Casing ejection FX now have a small volumetric effect.
- Animations have been fine-tuned, addressing timing issues between player and gun animations.
