Not working here either. I don't even have a library folder. I copied your library folder into the game's content folder, kept only the locker-file, and yet I could buy ammo at the locker. Not working, dude.
As I could read also the .pak is not working, so how does it work at all? And, btw, not to have folks around who trade weapons and ammo is nonsense. One would expect who trades weapons also trades the according ammo for them. Is a reasonable business model. As well as it is stupid being able to buy ammo miraculously from lockers. Good idea, your mod, but lousy execution.
I want to buy from traders, of course, why not, how stupid was if nobody who's selling guns was likewise selling ammo to those who go out and fight? But the loose files "locker only" trick does not work either. Yeah, so... uninstalled. Not indorsed.
My above comment was just a suggestion, I haven't tested it with just that one file installed. The mod works perfectly fine with all the loose files if you follow the install instructions.
As for the camp traders not selling their ammo, I could definitely see them hoarding their ammo for their own people. Ammo is a finite and very important resource after all, and it's not as if the camps aren't being attacked all the time. If you don't like that then simply don't use the mod and shut the hell up.

Enjoying this for my Survival run. Wonder if there's any way you could look into disabling the Refuel and Repair options at the Mechanic and the ability to refuel at Gas Stations? Thanks for this mod!
Endorsed. Is there a way that you can remove the words "Ammo Full" from the locker (Make it so that I cant see it) I hate to have my locker lie to me every time I open my locker with an empty ammo clip. (I am using the loose file Locker only)
This would be a solid mod, but car stuff is non respawnable, which yes would add a lot to the survival part of the game but it would also make a big fun part of the game impossible to finish. Clearing hordes. I do use the no buying ammo from lockers part, since that makes ZERO sense, but I am sure camps are able to make ammunition as it isnt all that hard to do. So I keep that part on, especially since I wanna do the hordes. I play on survival 2, so the no ammo in lockers part is nice since I do end up running low on ammo sometimes. I have far above average aim so I am able to hit most shots as head shots especially with focus so I usually dont run low on ammo unless im in the s#*! for a while.
I just tried the file myself and it indeed doesn't work for some reason. When I unpacked the files and loaded them as loose files, everything worked correctly.
I suggest you try the loose files version, which I just uploaded. If anyone knows why the .pak doesn't work - let me know.
