YAY I finally figured out how to do this (took more longer than I want to admit)
This mod makes your fuel last forever baby! You bike will no longer inhale guzzoline like it's made of candy.
Note on Compatibility: This mod will no be compatible with any other mod that modifies bike engines (such as speed mods). So I've also uploaded an optional "Base" file that doesn't remove fuel consumption on its own, but can be downloaded and used alongside any other mod that edits fuel consumption. So basically if there's another mod that changes different engine values, the modder can also change fuel consumption as they wish, and my 'Base' file will make it work.
Installation:
Unpack the .rar and copy .pak file from it to %LocalAppData%\BendGame\Saved\Paks
If this is your first mod then first:
Go to %LocalAppData%\BendGame\Saved\ & create a new folder and name it 'Paks'
Go to your Game installation folder, to "Days Gone\BendGame\Content" and rename the folder sfpaks to sfpakss
