Okay here the deal:
Currently there is no way to just add beard to all outfits (named looks in game), coz beard is actually is head model that requered additional slot in head section, and ofc all other looks does not have them. So currently the only way is take look with beard and change clothes to match military and nomad looks.

But that not all. For every look game has like 10-15 variations, that uses usually in cutscenes, like:
deacon_standard_blackhand.uasset for that one scene where Deek get his hand dirty in oil and etc.
deacon_standard_larm_bandaged.uasset 
and etc.

Most of the mods that restore beard or change look of Deek just change every variation look to standart one, so in cutscenes there will be no extra details.

I tried to recreate all variations looks, but not tested them all (only couple of them) so if you find some bugs please tell me in what cutscene it occure.

And almost forgot, there is some more limitations about available slots and strange stuff with models (for example military hat does not have slot for hair) so there is some changes in model:

1) standart ones - there must be no changes, only adding beard
2) military (where Deek have red bandage on his hand). Bandage uses wrong texture and there is no bag, because hair uses its slot
3) nomad - there will be no rings, coz i need additional slot for material of winter coat.

Installation:
