Enemies light on fire when shot by a gun. Also probably you if you're being shot at and/or to close to the impact point.
2 Main Versions and chopped up version of the normal version. Separating affected gun types.
Normal Version - Lights the enemy on impact
Blazer Version - Lights hostiles close to the impact point of the bullet

Install Pak at [Create Paks folder if you do not have it]:
%LocalAppData%\BendGame\Saved\Paks
Inside your game install directory. Rename the sfpaks folder to sfpakss
If the game updated. Rename the sfpaks folder to sfpakss again
