Read Install Instructions
1.) Unzip to%LocalAppData%\BendGame\Saved\Paks
[Create Paks folder if you do not have it]
Final location should look like: %LocalAppData%\BendGame\Saved\Paks
2.) You will need to go into your game install location and rename the sfpaks folder to something else. I'd recommend naming it "sfpakss" for simplicity. Sfpaks itself is an extra folder, which is required to be renamed.

Install the retexture you want and the Security Officer Deacon mod at the same time! Both files must be installed. You should have both the retexture and your security deacon outfit of choice by the other mod page.
