Bike themes aren't included. Apparently laziness got the better of me.
Install Pak at [Create Paks folder if you do not have it]:
%LocalAppData%\BendGame\Saved\Paks
Inside your game install directory. Rename the sfpaks folder to sfpakss
If the game updated. Rename the sfpaks folder to sfpakss again
