This is my funny idea to make this game steath/soul-liked, not for balancing gameplay.
This mod work with all other weapon mod (range, accuracy, clips...).
Installation:
Put the .pak file into %localappdata%\BendGame\Saved\Paks (create if folder do not exist).
Rename the GameInstallDir\Days Gone\BendGame\Content\sfpaks folder to something else.
