About this mod
UPDATED 31/12 My custom versions of the two mid-campaign cutscenes. I've chosen to include minimal screenshots, as I feel they're better experienced in motion. I've designed them to be in keeping with 40k and Retribution's style and tone, while still having my artistic voice.

The cutscenes in the game are video files separate to the audio. I have only made custom videos so audio is the same. [EDIT: I have since learned how to do custom audio using SGAs, which go in the GameAssets/Mods folder] Replace the files of the relevantly named avi files in the GameAssets/Data/Movies/xp2 folder with mine. Some also require edited .LUA files which I have provided. Backup before your import mine if you ever want to revert to the originals. You can also do that with Steam's 'Verify integrity of game files' function.
Warning for horror. Mine are slightly more graphic than the default game ones, and may be hard to watch for photosensitive viewers who have trouble with harsh colors and light. They contain imagery of the burning of living things.
I own none of the material used and edited, and make no claims to. These are made and distributed non-commercially for purely artistic purposes.
I have also made custom cutscenes for the DOW2 Vanilla and Chaos Rising campaigns, and plan to make more- check them out!
