This mod changes the max popcap to 1000 currently and lowers and raises prices of units to allow for larger battles.
To install put the popcap.module and the popcap folder into your retribution directory and then run your game it should work.
Current Changes:
*Changes max popcap to 1000
*Lowers prices of units to allow for larger battles
*Removes all units popcap cost
*Removed cap on super units
