About this mod

The mod aims mainly to speed up player movements and game pace overall, while adding a few things to reduce "difficult" components seen as excessive or a hassle.
See description and changelogs for details.
ONLY for the default 1.3 version! 1.4 preview not supported.

Permissions and credits
Some of these changes were done by request and are NOT necessarily meant to be balanced or make sense.
They do not reflect my view of the game, which I find to be absurdly easy in it's current state already.

Only compatible with the regular 1.3 version.
Works fine on existing saves, but will likely cause inventory issues on a save if used then later removed.
Empty your whole inventory and hotbar then save before removing the mod to avoid loss of items, nothing else should be affected.

Most modifiers relative to vanilla values unless specified
(Will include all vanilla values later)

Skills:

+Increased Eagle Eyed view distance to be relevant, from roughly 1.1x to 1.3x
-Decreased health activation treshold for both Adrenaline and Weakness from 33% to 25%
-Decreased Adrenaline damage modifier from 2x to 1.5x
+Decreased the damage penalty of Weakness from 0.5x to 0.25x
+Decreased the stamina recovery delay from Weak Lungs from 3x to 1.5x
+Decreased the weapon handling penalty of Shaky Hands from 1.5x to 1.25x

Movements:

+Increased walking speeds to 1.3x
+Increased run speed to 1.4x
-Decreased forest paths speed modifier to 1.1x to compensate for higher base speeds
+Decreased stamina consumption from running on forest paths to 0.2x
+Decreased stamina consumption in water/swamps from 6x to 4x
+Increased stamina recovery while idle to 2x
+Increased stamina recovery while walking to 1.5x
+Decreased stamina recovery delay to 0.25x

Items:

+Item durability consumption globally halved
+Gun handling increased to 1.25x

Misc:

+Increased base inventory size by one column (4 slots), this also means each upgrade will provide an additional slot
(Note this can cause harmless and subtle UI overlaps between right inventory and trader/furniture leftmost slots on very low resolutions)

+Inventory and hotbar can be upgraded once more, for a total of 4 each. 
(8 hotbar slots, 27 inventory slots, previously 6 hotbar and 14 inventory slots)

+Each hotbar or inventory upgrade will now also double as roughly a 9% health upgrade
(translating to 1.25 bars total)

+Shadows should no longer drain the Outsider's health below 1 and kill them
*Items can now always be upgraded up to 4 times at the workbench; previously scaled poorly with workbench level up to 3 max

*The Outsider now has passive regeneration based on missing health:
-Regen strength decays after 1, 1.5 and stops at 2 bars regardless of health upgrades
-severely reduced for a duration following any action that would consume stamina or halt it's recovery
-doubled if no stamina-related actions are taken for 10 seconds
-is NOT interrupted by damage or DoTs

To-do:
-Adjust endurance buff to new stamina values?
-Tweak currently irrelevant skills
-Revert changes that restricted Axe to Chapter 2 by removing loot and upping it's workbench level, equalizing Shovel/Axe and their availability again
-Individually tweak item max stacks (likely not happening with the inventory buffs)
-Make it so that player only staggers after a specific quantity of attacks/damage rather than from ALL hits; preventing staggerlocks
