Original Mod from Bonifaciy, this mod makes a few improvements and ports to the Remaster.
Also includes a version that's compatible with my Skull HUD port if you use that mod.
To install, Shove the whole unzipped archive into your "texture overwrite" folder of TKGP's Texture Repack Mod and repack. Follow the instructions on their mod page for more detail.
