This is a simple texture mod that removes enemy health bars. Not knowing how much health an enemy has left can make encounters with some of the game's more difficult enemies a lot more tense.
Simply put the "menu" folder included in the download into the game's installation folder, overwriting the game's original file. I advise you to make backups of the file being overwritten first, in case you want to uninstall the mod later.
