Removes the particle effects for stamina regen and/or the wolf and tearstone rings

The wolf ring, RTSR, and BTSR all share a single texture, so you can't remove one without the others. Likewise, the stamina regen texture is also used for the Sanctus' health regen. Otherwise there are no side effects that I know of, but I would not be surprised if other effects are also affected; I would be happy for you to let me know if you find any, but I can't actually do anything about it, since I'm already replacing the bare minimum textures needed.
This mod requires DSR TPUP to apply the new textures. Copy the sfx folder for the effect(s) you want to remove into your TPUP override folder, then follow the instructions for repacking game files.
