Some Notes about Creating the Textures:
If you wish to edit these files with Photoshop you will need to convert the .xfc files using a tool such as: Online xfc to psd Converter
Make sure the textures are saved as .dds files and change the compression to "BC3/DXT5"
Make sure the textures are square in size (1:1 aspect ratio) If the textures are not perfectly square your game will crash upon loading the texture.
For help with generating the normal maps I recommend checking out this guide: Normal Map Creation in The GIMP (You can also use this method to generate crude specular maps but this is not the best method to create them)
