1. Back up your original animation files (if you don't you will be stuck with floppy souls until you verify the files on Steam):
-Go to /chr/ folder, sort by file type, backup all *.anibnd.dcx files
-Go to /remo/ folder, sort by file type, backup all *.remobnd.dcx files
-The backup will be roughly 300 MB if I remember correctly.
2. Install mod:
-Paste the /chr/ and /remo/ folders directly into the folder where the EXE is, merge folders and overwrite etc
And that's all. Every single animation of every single character in the game is now completely hecked. Have fun.
Oh and, remember not to skip the in-engine cutscenes because they are all really stupid
