This mod is AWESOME!!! It's exactly what this game needed!!
Is there a way to revert the extra stamina cost changes? You went WAY overboard with the cost of rolling - it kills builds that invest in damage (str/dex) early game. I fought the Dancer with a +4 weapon and 11 Endurance and after a bunch of deaths, I uninstalled the mod and it was much easier without it, despite your nerfs to him, because rolling costs a ton of stamina and it wasn't worth it.
Also, can something be done about the enemy tracking? It's insane in this game
please make a version without touching the spells ...or any change on the player....just the anemies i understand the trying to balance things.... but since this is like an easy mod.... and for my personal taste i just feel that some enemies ARE RELENTLESS , being the only thing that I will change from vanilla please consider it.

Elden Ring actually comes with a better animation speed controlling TAE event that works by default so heck yeah!
I'm currently working on staminizing a number of enemies and bosses - ER actually does a much better job of giving weight to early game enemies' attacks but the later enemies and ESPECIALLY bosses fall back into lightning fast, short punish window movesets so I'm very much looking forward to trying to bring them closer to DS1 speeds!

And then you could also raise absorption for most armors to make it slightly more like ds1
