About this mod

Firstly I'd like to clarify this is NOT a mod. This is a repository for HKX animation files from Bloodborne on the Dark Souls 3 Player skeleton. This repo is aimed towards modders who have the knowledge to utilize these assets, for their mod development purposes.

I wanted to provide the community and modders a means to utilize Bloodborne animations on the Dark Souls 3 Rig, this mod only contains HKX files that need to be repacked into whatever you'd like them put into. Whether it replaces the dodges, idle animations, attacks, etc. these resources will allow us to utilize EVERYTHING Bloodborne has for the Player Character. This does include DLC weaponry.

The folders above contain a random assortment of animations, they've been kept to how the game sorted them originally.


Credits:
-ForsakenSilver: Helped in making the process exceptionally faster, by developing AHK scripts to automate the process. Helped immensely with retargeting and creating a unique workflow to allow a smooth conversion process for animations.

-System10111: Created the Unity script to make this all possible, this allowed us to utilize all the animations from BB so that the retargeting process was significantly faster and required a lot less time to set up.

-Me: Providing retargeting information, adjusting workflow for programs to allow for better retargeting and other related bone position issues, conversion of all assets.

-TKGP: Creating Yabber and allow me to extract the files necessary for this to work, thank you for creating such a great decompiler/recompiler!

-Sanadsk: Program to convert bloodborne animations to 2010 version with root motion still intact.

-Rodan: Help with file documentation and figuring out what's what. Further improved the mods usage by defining each and every animation in the two need added files, this will allow people to do more of a plug and play type deal. Original animations are still there to be used however you wish, but there are now options to make things easier thanks to him.

-Lenox: Helping me understand how to convert weapons and textures.

-MaxTheMiracle: Providing a material fix for all the weapons so that they're properly loaded into the game with textures. I was unaware of this issue as it had worked for people who tested this privately but not openly.

-FROMSOFT: Original and proprietor owners, all assets belong to them and their respective owners.
